Job Description: OPVG International Online School is seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our virtual teaching team. As a Montessori Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a holistic educational experience to our students, incorporating Montessori principles into our online curriculum. You will inspire and guide students to explore their interests, develop critical thinking skills, and cultivate a lifelong love for learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a virtual Montessori curriculum that aligns with OPVG International Online School’s educational standards and philosophy.
2. Create engaging and interactive online lessons and activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of each student.
3. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore, discover, and grow.
4. Provide individualized instruction and support to students, guiding them through their learning journey and monitoring their progress.
5. Utilize a variety of online tools and resources to enhance the learning experience and facilitate meaningful connections with students.
6. Collaborate with other educators and staff members to support student learning and achievement.
7. Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide feedback, address concerns, and celebrate successes.
8. Stay up-to-date with best practices in Montessori education and online teaching methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
2. Montessori certification from a recognized institution.
3. Previous experience teaching in a Montessori classroom, preferably in an online or virtual setting.
4. Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy, principles, and teaching methods.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents in a virtual environment.
6. Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for innovative teaching approaches.
7. Proficiency in using online learning platforms and educational technology tools.
8. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning community.
